# 12. Reward Structure Overview

CREZA distributes up to **35%** of generation rewards plus direct, leadership, milestone, and DAO streams—all capped and vault-backed.

## Design principles

* Every payout ties to **real deposit volume**
* Caps prevent infinite liability (2× passive, 3× active)
* Milestone + DAO streams **bypass the 3× working cap** for top leaders

## Network growth alignment

Referral depth unlocks generation levels based on active directs. Leadership ranks unlock differential overrides. DAO shares reward organizational volume—not speculation.
